The Relationship of Adding Allicin Powder to Diet on Concentration of Glutathione Enzyme and Histological of Thymus Gland of Broiler

This study was conducted at the field of poultry - Abu Gharib/department Animal Production/college ofagricultural engineering Sciences university Baghdad, during period from 12/10/2019 to 24/11/2019duration (42 days), demonstrate effect adding different levels Allicin broiler diet on Glutathionelevel in blood and histological thymus gland, total 225 Ross 308 chicks used. Birds were randomlydistributed into five treatment groups which : First T1: without additives (control),other treatments T2, T3, T4, T5 added a rate (800,600,400,200 mg/Kg diet) respectively,and first day until end experiment for all addition treatments, results thisexperiment showed: High significant (P<0.01) additive compared control glutathioneenzyme plasma 21, 42 days age. With respect examination thymusgland showed that adrenocortical hyper function degeneration depletion lymphoid tissue T2,T3 treatment, while cortex Pulp with lymphatic interstitial inthe stage T4 treatments.
